What you'll do

• Oversee picking and staging of customer orders and/or receiving of incoming freight
• ensure accurate parts, quantities, shipment entries, and product staging
• support loading, unloading, inventory counts, and product movement
• maintain warehouse organization and safety
• lead, coach, and train team members
• monitor productivity and quality
• adjust workflow priorities and communicate issues to warehouse leadership.
