• Plan and lead person-centered activities supporting participants’ physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being
• tailor experiences to individual interests, abilities, and goals
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care plans
• document engagement and improve programs based on feedback
• help ensure activities are safe and accessible.
