What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair complex Jaguar and Land Rover concerns
• maintain personal production while fulfilling Shop Foreman responsibilities
• assist technicians with troubleshooting and repair strategy
• support technical escalations and warranty documentation
• help prioritize work and monitor workflow, productivity, efficiency, and quality
• perform quality-control inspections
• coach and mentor technicians.
