What you'll do

• Perform routine property maintenance and repairs, including light plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and light electrical work
• coordinate tasks with the property manager or superintendent
• arrange apartment access with tenants
• manage service requests
• repair walkways and exteriors
• log time and completed work
• complete renovation projects as needed
• participate in on-call rotations with the superintendent.
