The coordinator connects brand strategy with local execution by supporting field teams, coordinating brand activations, and maintaining activation resources. The role also helps translate consumer and market insights into campaign materials and experiences across local and national efforts.

What you'll do

• Guide field teams on activation and partnership initiatives
• serve as a day-to-day contact for local activation
• process and track field requests
• maintain the activation playbook
• coordinate owned and partner brand experiences
• manage onsite activation logistics with agency partners
• prepare post-activation recaps
• track budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• support campaign materials and strategy recommendations.
