What you'll do

• Lead Change Management governance and improvement, including Change Advisory Board processes and review of change outcomes
• oversee CMDB project scope, delivery, data standards, and transition to operational ownership
• sponsor Problem Management and track corrective actions
• optimize Incident and Major Incident processes and ServiceNow tooling
• establish ITSM ownership, reporting, training, audit evidence, and continual-improvement measures.
