What you'll do

• Respond to employees needing technical assistance
• troubleshoot common computer, application, login, email, printer, monitor, and connectivity issues
• assist with computer setup, onboarding, offboarding, and equipment collection
• install approved software and peripherals
• perform basic hardware troubleshooting and coordinate repairs
• track equipment and inventory changes
• gather relevant details before escalation
• serve as the onsite contact when physical access is needed
• follow TeamLogic instructions, communicate progress, and document issues and resolutions.
