Community Lending Officer

What you'll do

• Prospect for new business and retail customers
• manage relationships with small-business customers
• gather and analyze customer information for lending opportunities
• respond to applicant questions
• recommend changes to mortgage programs
• partner with community organizations
• originate residential portfolio loans
• interview mortgage applicants and outline loan terms
• support strategic marketing and sales planning
• assist with delinquent account files
• maintain required active NMLS status for residential mortgage origination.
