What you'll do

• Lead equipment and component failure investigations
• assess failure mechanisms and equipment criticality
• develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and CMMS content
• evaluate materials, seals, and gaskets
• support pilot plant troubleshooting, commissioning, and equipment readiness
• collaborate with technicians, vendors, R&D, Operations, and Engineering
• support mechanical integrity, safe maintenance, and reliability improvements.
