What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• conduct diagnostic assessments and reassessments
• develop person-centered recovery plans
• consult with case management staff
• complete agency documentation
• participate in crisis response, risk assessment, intervention, and stabilization
• coordinate referrals and follow-up with schools and community partners.
