The Arts and Crafts Instructor role is onsite in Sacramento, CA. Pay is $40–$60 per hour. Impact Kids provides enrichment programs at public and private schools, giving students a safe space to develop, learn, and play. The instructor supervises students ages 4–14 and leads arts and crafts activities that encourage creative thinking and self-expression. The role uses the company curriculum, prepares engaging daily plans, and helps maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.

What you'll do

• Provide daily arts and crafts instruction to students ages 4–14 with different ability levels
• prepare daily activity plans
• use sketching, painting, and mixed-media materials
• encourage creative thinking and hands-on projects
• promote participation in art
• manage classroom activities and create an inclusive environment
• supervise students and serve as a positive role model
• maintain, order, and care for supplies and equipment
• collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists
• follow the company Code of Conduct and policies.
