What you'll do

• Manage the client lifecycle from setup through adoption, renewal, and growth
• coordinate across internal departments
• communicate project progress, risks, and changes
• identify expansion opportunities and support renewals
• review client usage, satisfaction, volume, and KPIs
• conduct sales calls, demos, and reconciliation meetings
• prepare reports and presentations
• share client feedback and trends
• use modern tools, including AI, to analyze accounts and prepare for client conversations.
