The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Garner, NC, with pay of $22–$28 per hour. All Together Autism provides child- and family-centered applied behavior analysis, clinical psychology, and interdisciplinary care coordination. Working under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, the RBT provides one-to-one behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The role implements individualized behavior intervention plans, tracks client progress, and supports clients and families across home, community, school, and center settings.

• Implement personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
• provide one-to-one behavioral support
