What you'll do

• Manage assigned orders requiring replacement ticket inventory from identification through resolution
• research primary and secondary ticket marketplaces
• evaluate comparable seats and upgrades
• purchase approved inventory within guidelines
• prioritize time-sensitive orders
• monitor prices and availability
• verify ticket details and order associations
• document purchases and outcomes
• coordinate with Operations and escalate complex or high-risk orders and recurring issues.
