Contract Specialist

What you'll do

• Present contracts and explain scope, terms, and obligations
• respond to client and attorney inquiries
• follow up on unsigned contracts
• collect and record down payments
• collaborate with attorneys, partners, Finance, Operations, Legal Support, and Client Relations
• document communications and contract updates
• monitor outstanding actions and retention reports
• provide administrative and occasional reception support.

Why this role
