This role is responsible for managing multi-state payroll administration and employee lifecycle processing for a portfolio of communities. The specialist serves as a primary resource for community leaders, ensuring compliance, resolving payroll discrepancies, and facilitating operational excellence during acquisitions and transitions.

What you'll do

• Process biweekly payroll via Paylocity
• manage employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, and terminations
• resolve payroll and timekeeping discrepancies
• ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
• support community acquisitions and onboarding
• participate in internal audits.
