Job overview

Compensation is $210,000–$225,000 per year. The Program Manager – TS/SCI role is onsite in Linthicum, MD; The position supports Spry Methods’ federal and Department of Defense missions through technology, cybersecurity, program management, and mission-support solutions. The position is contingent upon contract award. The program manager provides overall contract leadership, overseeing personnel, subcontractors, performance, risk, schedules, deliverables, and customer communications to ensure compliant and effective program execution.

What you'll do

• Oversee program activities, personnel, and subcontractors
• serve as the primary interface between government stakeholders and contractor leadership
• manage staffing, workforce planning, schedules, milestones, deliverables, performance metrics, and financial execution
• maintain program, risk, staffing, organizational, and transition plans
• prepare status reports, briefings, and contract documentation
• monitor quality, compliance, risks, and corrective actions
• lead kickoff, technical review, and stakeholder meetings
• address contractual, staffing, schedule, performance, and resource issues
• ensure requirements meet the PWS, security requirements, and government direction.

Why this role
