The bartender helps create a memorable dining experience through attentive service and knowledgeable beverage preparation. The role supports restaurant service by preparing drinks, advising guests, processing transactions, and coordinating with the service and culinary teams.

What you'll do

• Serve guests
• prepare classic and craft cocktails
• maintain a clean, stocked bar
• advise on beverages and food pairings
• open and serve wine and champagne when required
• manage bar setup and garnishes
• process orders and payments
• follow responsible alcohol-service practices
• complete opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and inventory duties.
