What you'll do

• Direct and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, evaluation, training, discipline, and hiring
• plan menus with the Executive Chef
• write recipes and assess costs
• maintain sanitation and health-department standards
• supervise portion control and food quality
• maintain inventory par levels, place orders, and oversee monthly inventory.
