The Academic Mentor (City Year AmeriCorps Member) is an onsite, full-time role based in Annapolis, MD. - Develop literacy and/or math skills
- Create and implement a behavior management system
- Develop interpersonal skills
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress
- Support whole school initiatives
- Conduct extended day and virtual programming
- Lead events recognizing student growth.
