Tower Technician

Job overview

The Tower Technician role is onsite, based in Shrewsbury, MA, with work in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. The technician joins a three- or four-person telecommunications tower crew at KMM Telecommunications. The role supports tower construction work at towers, rooftops, water towers, and other elevated structures. The technician works as part of a crew, follows safety practices, and may work out of market as site locations require.

What you'll do

• Work as a member of a tower crew
• climb and work on elevated structures up to 300 feet
• work overtime and occasional weekends or evenings as required
• work out of market when site locations require
