What you'll do

• Cultivate relationships with clients and franchisees
• address client complaints
• conduct quality audits
• facilitate new-client service startups and franchisee service transfers
• quote and sell one-time services
• train franchisees and conduct quarterly meetings
• monitor market trends
• collaborate with internal teams. Some nights and weekends may be needed
• little to no overnight travel is required.
