What you'll do

• oversee and approve complex, high-risk, or strategically significant contracts

• develop and enforce contract policies, standards, and best practices
• lead implementation or enhancement of contract management systems
• represent the organization in negotiations
• guide contract administration staff
• support governance, compliance, new business opportunities, and proposal preparation
• draft and redline buyer and supplier terms.
