What you'll do

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
• respond to questions and requests
• answer calls and assist with reservations
• manage room assignments, guest accounts, payments, and folios
• coordinate guest needs with other departments
• maintain shift notes
• reconcile transactions and complete nightly audits and reports
• assist late arrivals, early departures, and overnight requests
• follow safety and emergency procedures.
