Part-Time Phlebotomist

The Part-Time Phlebotomist role is onsite in Paramus, NJ, with initial training at the Englewood location. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. IVI RMA North America provides fertility care and is devoted to assisted reproduction and reproductive research. The phlebotomist collects and processes blood and other specimens used in infertility diagnosis and treatment. The role supports clinical staff and patient care by ensuring accurate identification, specimen handling, regulatory compliance, and a reassuring patient experience.

What you'll do

• Identify patients
• explain and perform venipuncture and other required specimen collection
• draw blood, label and centrifuge specimens
• store and transport samples according to procedures
• comply with OSHA and DEP regulations
• maintain a clean, stocked phlebotomy area
• reassure patients and help ease anxiety.
