What you'll do

• Serve as the first contact for facilities requests
• track work orders through completion
• coordinate vendor contracts, licenses, insurance certificates, and renewals
• support preventive maintenance, inspections, and compliance documentation
• compile KPI data and reports
• coordinate vendor visits
• monitor supply inventories
• support invoice workflows
• participate in site visits and walkthroughs
• maintain common and storage areas.
