• Develop strategic plans, analyses, evaluations, and recommendations
• perform complex statistical modeling and analysis

• recommend and implement systems, procedures, and organizational changes
• use work breakdown structures, activity-based costing, productivity measures, audits, evaluations, and performance testing
• support readiness metrics, reporting, analytics, and decision products.
