The role exists to oversee and coordinate warehouse and yard activities. The Lead Equipment Specialist provides guidance and direction to the equipment specialist staff, focusing on team building, operational efficiency, and high-quality customer service.

What you'll do

• Check, repair, paint, and store toilets, sheds, and other equipment.
• Build new units as instructed.
• Maintain inventory logs and report to the Operations Manager.
• Conduct random quality control audits on assets pre and post-deployment.
• Ensure general maintenance and organization of the yard.
• Use a forklift for loading and unloading.
• Assist with training and re-training of staff.
• Mix and store chemicals.
• Check water-recycling systems.
• Assist with safety tailgate meetings.
