The Order Selector is an onsite role based in Tigard, OR, with a pay rate of $23.71 per hour plus a differential. This position supports the warehouse operations at Quality Custom Distribution, a company specializing in tailored last-mile distribution solutions for the food service industry. This role exists to ensure the accurate and efficient picking of customer orders. The Order Selector uses voice-directed technology to build pallets, inspect products, and maintain high productivity and safety standards within a multi-temperature warehouse environment.

What you'll do

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high-traffic warehouse areas.
• Visually inspect and verify all incoming/outgoing product.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Read labels, count product, and complete order paperwork.
• Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed.
