What you'll do

• Lead, train, schedule, and support the maintenance team
• oversee daily maintenance and vendor projects
• assist with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, drywall, pool, and building repairs
• manage service requests, make-readies, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• maintain inventory and invoices
• assist with budgets and expense control
• and respond to resident maintenance needs.
