What you'll do

• Assemble estimates for assigned projects
• solicit subcontractor and vendor quotations
• review construction documents
• distribute plans, specifications, and addenda
• assist with bid strategies
• participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits
• prepare detailed estimates and review take-offs and pricing
• assess quotations for compliance
• draft scopes of work
• assist with subcontract negotiations and procurement
• enter estimates into job-cost software
• participate in turnover meetings
• coordinate scopes among in-house trades.
