What you'll do

• Supervise daily field operations, crews, and subcontractors
• inspect framing, drywall, finishing, stucco, and related work for quality
• review drawings, specifications, details, and submittals
• coordinate manpower, materials, deliveries, equipment, and work areas
• maintain redline and as-built drawings, daily reports, photographs, task lists, and punch lists
• coordinate with general contractors, other trades, and project managers
• conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety requirements
• assist with project closeout.
