The attorney works directly with clients and senior attorneys and manages transactions independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary legal teams.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements
• advise health care and life sciences clients on technology transactions and digital health
• counsel on privacy and data-security requirements, including HIPAA and state laws
• assist with software, SaaS, cloud, data-licensing, and digital-health transactions
• advise on legal issues involving AI-enabled products
• negotiate business associate agreements and data-protection provisions
• work with clients and senior attorneys to structure and negotiate transactions
• manage matters independently and stay current on relevant legal developments.
