This role exists to support the inclusion of neurodiverse students within after-school programs. The specialist contributes to the team by designing individualized support plans, coaching staff on inclusive strategies, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all students.

What you'll do

• Design and coach staff on Ranger Success Pathways.
• Support student engagement in activities.
• Monitor behavior using MTSS.
• Collaborate with site coordinators.
• Ensure safe use of mobility devices.
• Support students during transitions and field trips.
