Help Desk Technician

What you'll do

• Provide technical assistance by phone and remote support
• troubleshoot PC, network, hardware, software, and operating-system issues
• serve as a level-one support contact and escalate issues as needed
• diagnose problems and guide users through diagnostic steps
• coordinate with technical and nontechnical colleagues, vendors, and field technicians
• document processes and procedures
• develop and deliver user training materials and programs
• test software and hardware and prepare evaluations.
