Facilities Technician

What you'll do

• Assess and inspect scattered-site apartments
• report discrepancies and urgent issues
• maintain apartments and perform scheduled office cleaning
• complete minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• maintain equipment and vehicles
• complete work orders, inspection reports, and vehicle reports
• track supplies
• coordinate with vendors, utility providers, donors, and community resources.
