Run Tester — 1st Shift

Compensation is $0 per year. The Run Tester role is onsite in Wichita, KS; Bosch Home Comfort seeks a tester to verify that assembled units perform according to specifications. The role supports product quality by setting up and running refrigeration-unit tests, checking components and subassemblies, troubleshooting performance issues, and documenting results. It helps identify abnormal quality conditions while maintaining safe and organized work practices.

What you'll do

• Read operational method sheets and job instructions
• set up and run refrigeration units until stabilized
• troubleshoot performance issues
• set up testing equipment and check compressor performance, pressure cutouts, and temperatures
• test components and subassemblies to specifications
• complete reports, checklists, and rejection tags
• identify and report abnormal quality conditions
• maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures.
