What you'll do

• Repair scooters, including brakes, tires, motor controllers, and other electronic components
• inspect and refurbish returned scooters for resale
• clean and test scooters after service
• support rework projects when needed
• communicate repair timelines and confirm work order costs with customers
• report repair or parts delays
• coordinate return shipping
• answer technical customer questions
• maintain an organized workspace.
