What you'll do

• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational needs and document requirements
• analyze processes and recommend improvements
• provide day-to-day SAP user support and troubleshoot issues
• assist with configuration, testing, reporting, and enhancements
• maintain system documentation and process flows
• support SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects, including data validation and user acceptance testing
• develop training materials and train end users.
