What you'll do

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to set appointments
• answer incoming internet chats
• communicate with prospective students by email or text
• learn Ogle School programs and services and use Anthology and admissions resources
• complete compliance training
• support company growth and budgetary guidelines through constructive interaction and attendance at meetings and events
• provide information ethically and truthfully and comply with applicable laws. Requires at least one year of customer service, administrative, or office experience, a high school diploma or GED, communication skills, computer proficiency, and ability to work with a team.
