What you'll do

• Support strategic accounts and Outside Sales account plans
• follow up on quotes, orders, backorders, and customer requests
• recommend products and prepare quotes
• assist with pricing and availability
• manage substitutions and identify upsell opportunities
• process orders, returns, and credits
• coordinate inventory or delivery issue resolution
• maintain CRM/ERP records
• provide customer service and share customer insights with Outside Sales.

Why this role

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. One to three years of inside sales, customer service, or distribution experience is listed; industrial distribution and Prophet 21 experience are preferred or a plus.
