Staff Software Engineer, Ground Control Station (GCS) Full Stack is an onsite, full-time role in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $150,000–$230,000 per year. What you'll do

• Design, develop, and optimize web-based GCS and C2 applications for mission planning, command and control, video streaming, and telemetry visualization. Own technical direction for major features and full-stack subsystems
• collaborate with autonomy, perception, flight operations, and external partners
• mentor engineers
• lead design reviews and documentation
• prepare and validate mission-ready ground stations and C2 servers
• support field tests and live operations
• debug system performance and integration issues
• build debrief tools and deployment automation
• and support C2 standards integration.
