What you'll do

• Lead commercial strategy across sales, marketing, revenue strategy, public relations, digital marketing, brand positioning, business development, and distribution
• drive market share, RevPAR, ADR, profitability, and total commercial performance
• build and lead the commercial team
• oversee third-party agencies
• partner with Crescent commercial leaders and Food & Beverage leadership
• use market intelligence and analytics to recommend strategies to executives.
