What you'll do

• Meet with prospective clients
• coordinate case and legal strategy
• manage cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines
• prepare and revise court documents
• conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda
• monitor legislative and judicial developments
• market the firm’s services
• work one Saturday per month
• handle court hearings and trials
• and develop expertise in the listed immigration matters.

Why this role
