What you'll do

• Research and analyze payroll, payroll tax, accounting, and system issues
• recommend and implement process improvements with IT and internal departments
• audit and validate quarterly and annual payroll tax returns
• research tax discrepancies
• design internal and external reports
• coordinate audit requests and compile accurate data
• respond to payroll data and procedure inquiries
• analyze payroll metrics
• manage payroll projects
• support system implementations and upgrades
• conduct system audits
• and monitor federal and state regulatory changes.
