• Verify newly installed, relocated, converted, or reconfigured slot machines before activation
• compare machine information with approved documentation, gaming records, manufacturer information, and regulations
• confirm machine configuration and required approvals
• complete verification records
• reverify corrected discrepancies
• prepare monthly slot variance reports
• research and document variances
• maintain auditable records
• support audits and regulatory reviews
• report control failures and unresolved discrepancies
• withhold release when verification criteria are unmet.
