What you'll do

• Manage total installed cost, cost baselines, budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
• maintain the cost breakdown structure and trend log
• analyze variances and earned value metrics
• track procurement commitments and subcontractor exposure
• forecast cash flow
• support change orders, claims, governance reviews, and ERP/project-controls integration
• coordinate with project teams and present cost insights to clients.
