The Maintenance Supervisor is an onsite role based in Red Oak, NC. What you'll do
- Lead a maintenance crew of Millwrights, Electricians, Welders, and Contractors.
- Manage department costs, plan non-emergency maintenance, coordinate PM routes, and supervise maintenance and cleanup personnel.
- Ensure safety compliance, including Lock-Out Procedures and Field Level Risk Assessments.
- Inspect completed work and manage parts inventory.
