Residential Aide, Adult Mental Health

Job overview

The Residential Aide role is onsite in Morris Plains, NJ, serving adults in the mental health population in Morris County. Compensation is $17 or more per hour. What you'll do

• Support participants’ quality of life
• implement specialized communication, socialization, and behavior-management programs
• assist with and teach independent living skills
• assist with activities of daily living and personal care, including toileting, eating, grooming, bathing, and dressing
• accompany participants to community activities
• maintain clean and healthy homes.

Why this role
