Job overview
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is an onsite, part-time position serving Hickory, North Carolina, and surrounding areas through in-home services. Compensation is $50–$60 per hour. Kavana Care provides individualized, family-centered ABA services for children and families. The BCBA develops and oversees individualized treatment programs, assesses clients, supervises behavior technicians, monitors progress, trains caregivers, and collaborates with families and the clinical team. The role supports meaningful skill development, greater independence, and improved quality of life.
What you'll do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- provide clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications
- train and support caregivers
- collaborate with families and the care team
- maintain timely clinical documentation
- deliver services ethically and in accordance with ABA best practices and applicable requirements.
